Full Circle Art Gallery

Long story short, my in-laws opened an art gallery/studio in Fayetteville, Ga just a couple of months ago. They named it Full Circle because they met at an art show and, after 30 years of marriage, they opened an art gallery. They offer art classes where people can come for parties or just simply to learn. And they have paintings on display for viewing anytime of the day/week. Below are some photos from one of their classes.

Arrendale-July 2010

Having done photos for this family previously, I was stoked when asked to do them again so soon. Take a look at how much Bella has grown. She is beautiful! I had a great time today, thanks guys!!

New Logo

I'm so pumped. Clay and I just finished my logo and business cards. In just 10 days, I will have them in hand!! I'm bona fide now. If the past 5 years are any indicator of my future...BRING IT ON. I couldn't be happier in another industry. Oh, and of course, a VERY SPECIAL shout out to Clay Parker of Riot Shark Media for creating my logo and business cards.

Galations

The main theme of this book is salvation through faith in Jesus Christ. I recently had another opportunity to showcase some of my photography at church. This time I was able to use two photos I already had leaving only two to shoot. The photo below is my most recent addition.

Baby Saylor

Saylor Elizabeth Johnsen, born December 31st at 3:48am, weighing in at 7 lbs 11 oz, and measuring 19 in!!

Robin & Saylor Johnsen

Its taken some time but I think I've found my love. Now lets not misunderstand..I LOVE ALL FIELDS OF PHOTOGRAPHY...but recently I've found a special love for maternity and family photos. I had the honor of photographing Robin's first pregnancy pictures today. Robin has a natural beauty and confidence that I don't see in many people. She loves to laugh and can't stand to be the same. It was only appropriate that, for her shoot we paint (...yes paint) her belly. I hope you enjoy these even half as much as I do. Robin..thank you for the opportunity to love you through my work.

Isabella Arrendale

So, as you know, this year has been a year of firsts for me. Today, I did my first infant shoot. Infants have a mind of their own when it comes to being photographed. Some will look at you and respond to anything you put in front of them and others do and think in their own world. Isabella is a beautiful six-month-old baby girl. She has a hundred expressions. Spending the day with her and Holly (her mother) was great. We hung out through lunch and nap time. I am honored to have been asked to capture even a snip-it of "Bella's" vibrant personality.
